Egret

 The Florida Snowy Egret (Egretta thula) is a dazzling, year-round resident of the Sunshine State’s wetlands, and it’s as elegant as it is ecologically vital.

  • Coloration: Pure white plumage with wispy breeding plumes (called aigrettes)
