Ego Re-calibration
A Trigger point in your journey....
Before you began this experience,
you determined the frequency at which you want to go through an Awakening.
An awakening that will enlighten your path and prepare you for the next stage of your experience. Through learning and understanding.
As you reach this personal frequency,
you will become imbalanced, and the lower frequency will give way to the higher frequency.
Your Ego must step aside and re-calibrate as well.
This difference in frequency will deliver to you the experience many call "the Dark Night of the Soul"
The Idea is this .
As you move into the lower end of the 4th density spectrum, you must align yourself with its frequency. Love will begin to replace fear in your Awareness.
The higher end of the spectrum would be unconditional love, which then is the lower end of the spectrum of the 5th Density .
What does Ego re-calibration feel like?
One of the functions of the Ego is to distract you from fear.
This protection aspect of the Ego, is functioning constantly in the background....Obviously, it wont filter out all fear until you have a frequency with witch to replace it. ( LOVE ).
What you DON`T see is all of the fear that the Ego filters out.
As the Ego is re-calibrated,... the only support that you have ever known, all of a sudden won`t protect you.
You have risen in frequency beyond that of your core frequency,
Suddenly you are vulnerable to all of that fear that was being held back.
Like a Tidal Wave, it comes rushing in, envelops your mind and wont let go. You will have, to match that new frequency that you have Awakened into.
It Got it`s name for a good reason, It`s Dark.
This one of your awakenings, You are moving forward into a new frequency, the friction between the old frequency and the new frequency causes anxiety, fear, loneliness, sorrow, despair, vulnerability ... all at once... it feels horrible.
You are not going crazy, your perspective is changing from FEAR to LOVE.
You may become a hermit for a few months , silence is the best energy to be in, silence allows for less resistance. You will learn how to turn Fear into LOVE, this is a GIFT from yourself for achieving a higher frequency and it is a tool that you will need to get you to the next level .
The next Density ( 4th ) is one where the idea is to learn, understand and incorporate unconditional Love in your daily life.
It is the frequency that opens the door to the 5th.

One of the highest and most honored positions as a guide, is to play the part of the Ego.
arguably, one of THE most important Guides that you have,...... This Guide challenges you in every way, is not afraid of hurting your feelings, cares not weather you live or die.
The Idea of the Ego`s job is to push you to the limits of every thing that you encounter.
It constantly forces you to see your world through Duality, a slightly warped sense of self, required for contrast.
Benevolent Guide that it is. The Ego staunchly Defends your will to choose.
weather or not it does you harm.
As a result of your awakening the Ego will expand in frequency to include love as the operating system.
As your Awareness expands into the new operating system you begin to see your world through the filter of Love and not fear.
In other words...love is the first thing you think of in a given situation, not Fear......
