To find your own personal OHM frequency:  

Sit with back straight in a quiet space.

Humm at a volume with which you are comfortable.

Use your voice to move up and down the tonal scale stopping occasionally to feel the resonance.

Eventually you will find a tone that is most comfortable to you.
