Moving into the Fourth Density

Due to the idea that everything that you see is dictated by energetic frequency, and where you happen to be in the energetic spectrum of frequency , you will be required to match the frequency of that which you wish to experience.

If you wish to move out of Third Density frequency,

 where Fear, Greed, Ego and service to self dominate the Density, you must raise your personal frequency to match that of the Fourth.

The process requires that you burn the illusion of the aforementioned frequencies and build a solid foundation in which to anchor new, higher frequencies.

The first and most important frequency to foster and feed is,

the love of self.

Sometimes referred to as "The journey back to self", it is fundamental and foundational to your movement forward.

Falling in love with the self is arguably the hardest, and to some people, the most frightening aspect of Third Density awareness.
